Cosmetic Medical Treatments

Ageless Med Spa specializes in elective cosmetic services, including but not limited to microneedling, laser hair removal, photo rejuvenation (IPL), Botox® cosmetic injections, dermal filler injections, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and peptide therapy. Prior to undergoing any treatment, clients are required to review and sign an informed consent specific to the procedure selected. All treatments are elective and are provided at the discretion of the client after thorough consultation. It is important to note that results may vary between individuals, and multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of service for all treatments at Ageless Med Spa. Pricing is determined per individual session unless otherwise stated in writing. Some treatments require a series of sessions for best results, and package options are available at a discounted rate for clients seeking multiple sessions. Ageless Med Spa accepts cash, checks, and major credit cards for payment. All cosmetic treatments are elective and are not covered by health insurance. Please be aware that all sales are final. Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best scheduling experience for all our clients, Ageless Med Spa maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation fee of $75.00 or 50% of the treatment cost, whichever is greater. For clients who have prepaid for treatments or packages, a missed appointment without appropriate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.
