Dani Ouzan-Levi

Spa Manager

Dani Ouzan-Levi has been part of the aesthetics industry since 2016 and is passionate about helping patients look and feel their absolute best. As Spa Manager at Ageless Med Spa, she works closely with every patient to create personalized treatment plans while ensuring each visit is welcoming, seamless, and results-driven. She loves building lasting relationships and watching patients gain confidence as they achieve their aesthetic goals. Her favorite treatments are HIFU, Microneedling, and Radiesse® because they provide natural-looking, long-lasting results that help patients age gracefully and confidently. Outside of the spa, Dani is a proud mom of two, a dog lover, and enjoys spending time with her family. A fun fact about her is that she and her husband have lived in five different states across two continents, giving her a unique perspective and appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life. For Dani, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing patients transform, not just in their appearance, but in their confidence. Helping people feel comfortable, happy, and empowered in their own skin is what inspires her every day.

Yuriy Tretyak, PA-C

Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Medicine

Yuriy Tretyak, PA-C, brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to Ageless Med Spa, with specialized expertise in aesthetic medicine. Certified as a Physician Assistant by the American Academy of Physician Assistants since 2015, he has also completed multiple advanced certifications through Empire Medical Training in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. Yuriy specializes in comprehensive facial harmonization using dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PRP/PRF, Radiesse®, and other regenerative treatments. He believes every patient deserves a personalized treatment plan, often combining procedures such as PRP with microneedling to stimulate collagen and elastin production for natural, long-lasting rejuvenation. He works closely with the spa’s aestheticians to develop customized treatment plans that achieve the best possible outcomes. What Yuriy enjoys most about Ageless Med Spa is the collaborative team, supportive environment, and the opportunity to combine artistry with medicine to help patients achieve their goals. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and continually expanding his knowledge in the ever-evolving field of aesthetic medicine. For Yuriy, the greatest reward is helping patients look and feel their best. He believes that enhancing confidence and well-being through aesthetic medicine makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Rachael Youngblood, DNP, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic Provider & Injector

Dr. Rachael Youngblood is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, including 17 years as an advanced practice provider. Her extensive background spans emergency medicine, endocrinology, dermatology, rural primary care, and more than 8 years providing comprehensive care to patients in remote communities throughout the Alaska Bush. She combines her strong medical expertise with advanced aesthetic treatments to deliver safe, personalized care and natural-looking results. Rachael earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She believes that the best aesthetic outcomes come from customized treatment plans designed to enhance each patient’s natural beauty while supporting long-term skin health. Her favorite treatment is microneedling with PRP because of its ability to stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, and deliver beautiful, long-lasting results for patients of all ages. She especially enjoys helping patients regain confidence and feels honored to be part of their self-care journey. Outside the office, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cheering on football during NFL season, and caring for her two dogs, two cats, and gecko. Originally from a small town near Hershey, Pennsylvania, she proudly admits to having a lifelong love of chocolate.

Sophia Trettenero, RN

Registered Nurse

Sophia brings nearly a decade of diverse healthcare experience to Ageless Med Spa, with a background that spans emergency medicine, travel nursing, and aesthetic care. Before entering healthcare, she served as a firefighter and EMT, an experience that shaped her calm, focused, and compassionate approach to patient care.

After earning her nursing degree, Sophia worked as an ER nurse before transitioning to travel nursing, where she gained exposure to a wide range of clinical environments across the country. Her love for aesthetics eventually led her to medical spa practice, where she found her passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Sophia has a special fondness for microneedling and takes pride in delivering results-driven treatments with a gentle touch. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her black Labrador, Homer, who she describes as her most loyal companion.

Heidi Van Flein

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Heidi is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with specialized training in aesthetic treatments, laser procedures, and Fat Freezing. With 2 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals through personalized, results-driven care. Her favorite treatments to perform are Dermaplane Facials and Ultrasonic Cavitation because they provide noticeable, confidence-boosting results. Heidi values the supportive team environment at Ageless Med Spa and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients while helping them look and feel their best. Outside of the spa, Heidi enjoys spending time with friends, relaxing at the lake, and traveling. She finds the greatest reward in seeing her patients leave with renewed confidence, glowing skin, and a smile after their treatments.

Lydia

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Lydia is a licensed Esthetician who began her career in aesthetics at just 18 years old and has been providing skincare treatments in Alaska for the past two years. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin while creating a relaxing and personalized experience for every patient. Her favorite treatments are Ultrasonic Cavitation and customized facials because they deliver noticeable results while helping clients look and feel their best. Lydia loves being part of the Ageless Med Spa team, where she enjoys connecting with members of her community and helping them experience the confidence that comes from effective aesthetic care. Outside of work, Lydia is a proud mom of two teenagers and enjoys spending time with her cat, jumping spider, and betta fish. She loves painting, writing, yoga, paddleboarding during the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and is currently learning jiu-jitsu. Lydia believes that true beauty starts from within. She is passionate about helping every client feel confident, comfortable, and empowered, knowing that when people feel good about themselves, that confidence shines through every aspect of their lives.

Anika Jean Phinney

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

With 7 years of experience in aesthetics and 14 years in customer service, Anika is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin. She specializes in skincare, environmental acne, and sensitive skin, creating personalized treatment plans that deliver lasting results. Anika loves combining advanced technology with customized care, and her favorite treatments are HIFU and Ultrasonic Cavitation for their non-invasive yet effective results. She believes the collaborative team at Ageless Med Spa allows every client to receive the highest level of care and achieve their best outcomes. Her philosophy is simple: your body is your first home, and feeling confident in your own skin is an important part of overall well-being. Anika is grateful to guide her clients on their self-care journey and help them look and feel their best. Fun facts: Anika plays six musical instruments and enjoys skiing and ice skating.

Miranda Marquez

Front Desk Coordinator

With 7 years of customer service experience, Miranda is dedicated to creating a welcoming, friendly, and positive experience for every guest who walks through the doors of Ageless Med Spa. She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and helping ensure every visit is smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. What Miranda loves most about working at Ageless Med Spa is being part of a team that genuinely cares about each patient’s success. She enjoys watching clients grow in confidence throughout their aesthetic journey and helping create an environment where everyone feels valued and excited to return. Her favorite treatments to recommend are Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, and Ultrasonic Cavitation because of the incredible confidence and results they provide. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, exploring the outdoors, and hanging out with her three dogs, Kekoa, Jill, and Jack. For Miranda, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing patients achieve their goals and leave feeling happier, more confident, and empowered.

Jessica Mulder

Front Desk Coordinator

Jessica brings over 6 years of customer service experience and is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every patient at Ageless Med Spa. She enjoys building meaningful connections with clients and helping make each visit enjoyable from the moment they arrive. What Jessica loves most about working at Ageless Med Spa is the incredible sense of community. She values the supportive team, knowledgeable providers, and wonderful patients who make every day rewarding. Her favorite treatment to recommend is IPL Photofacial because she has personally experienced its life-changing results in improving her own skin and reducing scars, giving her a newfound confidence. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, weightlifting, and practicing yoga. She loves being part of each patient’s confidence journey and finds it incredibly rewarding to see them leave smiling, empowered, and feeling their very best.
