Ageless Med Spa Loyalty Program

Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

The Program is a customer loyalty program through which Members earn points for eligible purchases and may redeem those points toward qualifying services or products at Ageless Med Spa. Points are non-transferable, have no monetary value outside the Program, and may only be redeemed in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program and its benefits at any time, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

– The Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age.
– Only one account is allowed per individual.
– Employees of Ageless Med Spa may participate but may be excluded from certain promotional benefits.
– Void where prohibited by law.

3. Enrollment

– Enrollment is free and may be completed via the Ageless Med Spa mobile app or in-spa registration.
– Members must provide accurate and current personal information, including a valid email address and mobile number.
– By enrolling, you agree to receive Program-related communications via email, SMS, or through the app.

4. Earning Points

– Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible services and retail products.
– Points are not awarded for taxes, tips, gift card purchases, membership fees, or promotional services unless otherwise stated.
– Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
– Bonus point promotions may be offered at our discretion.

5. $50 New Member Bonus

– New Members who register through the app will receive a $50 in points toward their next qualifying treatment. (not the first treatment)
– Offer valid for first-time clients only and must be used within 60 days of enrollment.
– Credit is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other introductory offers or used on same-day treatments.

6. Redeeming Points

– Points may be redeemed for up to 50% of the total cost of eligible services or products.
– Minimum redemption is 100 points. Redemption must occur during a qualifying purchase.
– Each point is worth:
  – $0.10 toward services
  – $0.05 toward injectables and skincare products (requires double the points)
  – Example: 1,000 points = $100 toward services OR $50 toward injectables/products.
– Points are not redeemable for cash and may not be applied retroactively.
– Redeemed points are deducted immediately from your account and are non-refundable.
– Redemption exclusions may apply.

7. Points Expiration and Inactivity

– Points never expire.
– However, Ageless Med Spa reserves the right to deactivate accounts with prolonged inactivity of 18 consecutive months or more.

8. Program Changes

– We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program, point values, redemption thresholds, or benefits at any time.
– Any such changes will be updated on our website or app.

9. Account Termination and Fraud

– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
– Fraudulent use includes, but is not limited to, point sharing, account duplication, or unauthorized redemptions.

10. Privacy and Communication

– Personal data collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– Members may update communication preferences or opt out by contacting us or through the app settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

– We are not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or unauthorized access to accounts.
– Under no circumstances shall Ageless Med Spa be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

– These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska.
– By participating in the Program, you agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to bring or participate in any class action lawsuits.
– Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, not in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
– You further agree that you will not initiate or participate in any lawsuit against Ageless Med Spa related to this Program in any court of law, and instead, will pursue any claims solely through arbitration as described.
